Shelby manages the corporate campaign strategy for U.S. PIRG’s program to save our antibiotics, helping restaurant chains to make commitments to stop selling meat raised on routine antibiotics. Shelby is a recipient of the Seymour S. Bellin Research Award from Tufts University and a founder of the Tufts Food Rescue Program.
